Attention Students: If you want your I20 transferred to any school other than LUMOS, I need an email stating such by 9:00am on Tuesday August 26 2025. I wish I could contact you all personally, but this is how this situation is to be handled. Please direct any questions about a transfer to the school you choose, if it is other than LUMOS, in a timely manner so nobody loses status. Please pass this email along to your friends and classmates in case I have missed anyone. If I had been given a earlier notice I would have told you and given you more time to get this change made, but I found out right before you did. Please do not delay as most schools will not be as lenient as we have been. I will miss all of you and I hope you all achieve your goals ~~Trina Dear Students, Because of the number of students who are failing to attend, and as such refuse to pay tuition, Nomen Global and LLTS, Corporation has closed its doors on Friday, August 22, 2025. After 29 years of business this was not what we had planned. We are so sorry for this action. We worry about the great students, only about half of the student body, who have tried so hard to really engage in their education. Nomen Global has made an arrangement with LUMOS school to accept the I-20s of everybody who wants to transfer there. They have promised a substantial discount ONLY for Nomen Global students. They will have an open house today at 10:00am and 6:00pm. If you want to transfer I suggest you attend one of those open houses. You should be in school at those times so there should not be any conflicts. It saddens me that I have had to take this action. I have personally loved so many of my students and employees for a very long time. I wish you good luck in all your lives. The office will not be open and you can not work with Trina or Alberto personally. They may be available by internet or phone. Sincerely Clarke Woodger President Nomen Global
